Shore fishing & Water ecology

Shore fishing consists of two main parts, one is the science and research aspect of the course, the other is fishing.
Fishing:
Physically going to a waterway and casting a line is a course requirement. In order to do this legally in the state of MN, residents 16 and older need a valid fishing license. An individual license can be obtained for $18.00 from any valid ELS Agent (adding trout stamps and other options cost more), a list of these businesses can be found at Fishing license agents. In order to locate the agent nearest you, scroll down until you find the name of your city.
Fishing requires equipment, you will be responsible for providing all of your own equipment and transportation.
